Last weekend Hurricane Harvey made landfall impacting the Texas coast, devastating families and businesses. To date, the cyclone has displaced more than 30,000 people, and inundated hundreds of thousands of homes in the fourth most populous metropolitan area in the US with nearly 6.7 million residents. Unfortunately, the storm is not over yet.
There are numerous ways you can help all those affected, but one of the most important and needed right now is blood. With our technology we serve the retail community around the globe, enabling all your favorite brands to feed your love of shopping, your stadiums and sports teams to sell you your team’s merchandise, your pet stores to keep your furry friends in tail wagging shape. Now join us in giving back to all those people in the path of hurricane Harvey who need blood before they can get back to their jobs of making your life more pleasant. Retail Pro International offices will host a #RetailBloodDrive at our headquarters, co-hosted with the Blood Bank, and we need to know who can make it to make sure there is enough staff and supplies on hand. Dates and times to make most of your time to be announced soon.
