Thanks to software from Seamless Receipts and Retail Pro, Pro Hockey Life quickly rolled out digital receipts and is receiving a very encouraging response from its customers. Across Pro Hockey Life’s 22 stores, the company emphasizes the importance of customer service and today’s consumer wants a shopping experience that integrates with the web or a mobile phone. Offering email receipts is a natural step in that direction.
