Tadd Wilson is a senior managing consultant with IBM Retail Store Solutions, where he works with retailers globally to help them
identify and harness emerging technologies. Tadd's client include many of the world's largest retailers, regional leaders, and
niche specialists. Tadd speaks frequently at industry and technology conferences, including the National Retail Federation's
annual Big Show in New York City. Tadd also advises retailers on the business value of technological and process innovation.
Internally, Tadd works closely with the RSS executive and strategy teams, and formerly led RSS's market intelligence function.
Prior to joining RSS, Tadd served a variety of commercial, military, and internal clients as a senior consultant and manager with
IBM Strategy and Change. Tadd's work has taken him to six continents. He figures it's only a matter of time until Walmart enters
Antarctica.

Peggy Weavil

Peggy Weavil is a Marketing Leader at IBM Retail Store Solutions. Working in the IBM RSS Head Quarters in Raleigh, NC she manages
offerings and provides strategy and direction for the IBM Point of Sale product lines world wide. Peggy has been with IBM 20 years,
all but one of those in the retail industry. She is an Electrical Engineer and has held a variety of positions within the RSS
organization including service and support, manufacturing, development, and marketing.
