Kerry Lemos – Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Kerry is responsible for the vision, expansion and leadership of Retail Pro International. Kerry brings over 20 years experience in the application software industry. He has held senior executive roles at Hotel Information Systems, Avantos, Kadiri and most recently, Sage Software. Throughout his career, Kerry has created, developed and optimized channel distribution organizations, resulting in higher levels of partner satisfaction and productivity. Kerry has deep experience in international business, having lived abroad and engineered joint venture projects in The People's Republic of China, Mexico, Brazil and Europe. With a proven record of ethical and responsible management, coupled with the ability to inspire, Kerry has succeeded in bringing businesses to the next level.
Kerry was awarded a B.S. degree from The University of California, Berkeley and certifications from the Crosby Quality Management College.
Kathleen Thompson - Vice President, Finance
Kathleen's role at Retail Pro is to lead, manage and direct the company's fiscal functions. She is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting matters, business operations and treasury activities of the company. She has 19 years of experience managing and directing the financial and administrative functions for a wide range of companies in both the public and private arenas including Fortune-500 companies such as Waste Management, Republic Industries and Calpine.
Kathleen holds an active CPA license. She completed an Executive MBA program and graduated with distinction from California State University, Chico where she also earned a BS in Business with a concentration in accounting.

Amy Fu - Vice President / Managing Director, China
A key to Retail Pro's worldwide presence, Amy has an extensive background in information technology and retail software applications. Amy was most recently a Vice President and Director of Retail Applications at Chang Yi Information Technology, the number one solution vendor in the Greater China Geography. Prior to that Amy was one of the founders of Beijing Waveful Information Science and a leader of IBM's solution service team. Her role as Vice President / Managing Director with Retail Pro is to develop and add new business partners in underserved markets including Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau. Amy has earned two Bachelor's degrees in mathematics and physics from Beijing University.
Richard Kolodynski - Vice President Middle East/Africa and Asia
Richard is responsible for Retail Pro's developing markets Business unit including East Europe, Middle East, Africa, India and Asia. With over 30 years knowledge of International markets and business practices, Richard has lived and worked in the UK, USA, Scandinavia, Russia, Cyprus, the Arabian Gulf, New Zealand, Singapore and most recently as CEO of a software distributor in South Africa.
Specialising in IT Channel Management and dynamics, Richard has extensive experience of collaborative strategies across the spectrum of leveraged business models including both Value Added and Volume Distribution, Reseller, OEM and Alliance partnerships. A keen linguist, Richard holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing and is currently based in the Middle East.
