Barry Schechter - Chief Executive Officer
With over 25 years of experience in the management of software companies, Barry has extensive industry knowledge of retail software systems and products. This depth of knowledge and experience provides him with a unique perspective on the future of retail software technology. Barry has previously held numerous executive positions within the Company. He was Chief Executive Officer from February 1994 to January 2001 and again from October 2001 through December 2002. He was also Chief Executive Officer of our predecessor company, Sabica Ventures, Inc., from its inception in February 1990. He returned to Retail Pro in April 2005 as Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Board. Through his leadership, the Company has recently undergone extensive refocusing and rededication to its technology, customers, business partners and staff.

Michael Kane – Chief Technology Officer
Michael has over 15 years experience in the software industry leading and managing development teams. Most recently Michael was the Director of Engineering of the Intuit Small Business Division where he was accredited with driving a quantum improvement in the software and work processes to build the division to be Intuit’s largest unit. Prior to this he has held management positions with the Intuit Outsourced Payroll Division, Brio Software, Aveo.com, Symantec and Oracle. He is described as being very focused, strong at creating a shared vision and then executing it. Michael’s role is to provide the technology vision and strategic leadership for Retail Pro. He will drive all elements of the technology organization, establish and manage related key alliances and will represent our technology in the marketplace. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Ken Sapp - Senior Vice President, Global Sales
Ken has over 20 years of industry sales experience including a comprehensive blend of enterprise sales, mid-market channel sales and international business development skills garnered at the likes of Oracle, NCR, FieldCentrix and most recently as Director of North American Channel Sales at Sage Software. He is also the recipient of several honors and awards for sales achievements and sales management, and has earned a reputation for creating ground-breaking, revenue boosting strategies. Ken's role is to further develop our existing business partners, add new business partners in underserved markets and position RetailPro and its business partners to better capitalize on large and multi-national retail chain opportunities. Ken holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from California State University, Long Beach.

Kerry Kodatt - Vice President, Retail Pro Payment Solutions
Kerry Kodatt has over two decades of sales, marketing, business development and international P&L experience with financial and transaction processing based entities, including First Data Corporation and Paymentech Solutions, the world leaders in their respective spaces. He has led multi-cultural, multi-lingual and geographically-diverse teams to deliver value to all key stakeholders and constituencies. Kerry has been instrumental in launching 16 new business ventures in his career, working from the ground floor levels to bring these entities to successful fruition. Kerry earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and his Masters Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing at Bellarmine University in Louisville.

Alfred Riedler – VP Finance
Alfred is a CPA with over two decades of financial and management experience. Alfred’s financial management experience comprises several public companies within the communications and software development industries. Prior to working with Retail Pro he served as CFO of St Bernard Software, Bluebird Systems and First Alliance Corporation. His experience demonstrates an emphasis with Quarterly and Annual SEC reporting, SOX compliance, strategic planning and financial modeling, as well as creating financial structure to improve operations and save costs. Alfred has a Bachelor of Science (Business Administration) from the University of Nebraska and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Michael Dotson - Vice President / Managing Director, EMEA
Mike began with Retail Pro in 1994 and has worked his way up from an application specialist to a project manager, and now Managing Director of all European operations. Prior to joining Retail Pro, Mike was Senior Merchandise Manager for JC Penney, responsible for a wide variety of merchandise areas including planning, buying, merchandising and inventory control. Mike's extensive retail experience is a key element in helping Retail Pro customers in the UK receive advanced, superior solutions for their retail management challenges. His extended experience at Island Pacific includes a noted IPMS implementation with the Foothold Group where Mike's project team successfully implemented the Merchandising, Warehousing and Sales Audit systems which resulted in Foothold being operational in just three months.

Amy Fu - Vice President / Managing Director, China
A key to Retail Pro's worldwide presence, Amy has an extensive background in information technology and retail software applications. Amy was most recently a Vice President and Director of Retail Applications at Chang Yi Information Technology, the number one solution vendor in the Greater China Geography. Prior to that Amy was one of the founders of Beijing Waveful Information Science and a leader of IBM's solution service team. Her role as Vice President / Managing Director with Retail Pro is to develop and add new business partners in underserved markets including Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau. Amy has earned two Bachelor's degrees in mathematics and physics from Beijing University.

Shaff Kassam - Vice President / Managing Director, Latin America
Shaff Kassam possesses over 20 years of sales and business development experience in the retail technology industry. He has lead diverse teams focused on retail enterprise, supply chain, pricing management and POS solutions to grocery and general retailers in Latin America while creating and managing new business. Before joining Retail Pro, Shaff was Vice President of Latin America for Retailix, a provider of integrated enterprise-wide software solutions for the food and fuel retail industries. Shaff was also Director of Sales in Latin America with TCI Solutions, and has played a pivotal role in developing the Mexican market for Fujitsu ICL and HP Mexico.

Malcolm Thomas - Vice President / Managing Director, Australasia
Malcolm Thomas has over twenty five years of experience selling and implementing retail solutions to specialty retailers in the Asia Pacific and Australian markets. In addition, Mr. Thomas has extensive experience building and managing distribution channels in these same markets. Prior to joining Retail Pro, he was Director of Strategic Sales Asia Pacific for SVI and had also served as CEO of Divergent Technologies, one of Australia's leading specialty retail solution providers. Malcolm is responsible for the expansion of sales and distribution of Retail Pro products, while supporting current partners in developing their businesses and increasing revenues.
