Bill joined Retail Technologies International in 1998 as part of the Project Services team. Bringing with him 17 years of experience in software deployment and support on varying scales and complexity. In this position Bill is responsible for supporting large and intermediate size customers and their business partners with deployment advise on the complete suite of Retail Pro products.
In this position Bill provides consulting and support to Business Partners and their clients on different levels, they are as follows. Standard retail practices including accounting, Networking, Hardware, Application software and Operating systems.
Rich Tupen, Project Manager ( USA )

Rich Tupen joined Retail Technologies International in 1997 as part of the Technical Support team. In this position he provided world wide level 3 technical support to Certified Retail Pro Technicians and assisted in the design, development and testing of all RTI products. Also during this time, he implemented multiple Beta testing sites for clients worldwide for a variety of new products developed by RTI.
In 1999, Rich became the Technical Support Manager for Retail Technologies International (RTI). In this position, Rich managed RTI’s support staff in supporting a worldwide business partner network that existed in over 60 countries. Rich had many responsibilities as RTI’s Support Manager. Some of these responsibilities included creation and management of all RTI beta sites, prioritization and distribution of all program updates for all RTI products as well as many high level internal RTI decisions.
In 2004, Rich moved to the Project Services team taking the role of Implementation Project Manager. Since assuming this position, he has participated as the IP Project Manager for various projects such as the implementation of Retail Pro for clients International Speedway Corporation, Sony Latin America, The Venetian Hotel and Casino Macau China as well as upgrade projects for Gucci North America and ADOC in El Salvador. As well as his role in various implementation and upgrade projects, he also assists the Retail Pro sales staff with relations with strategic accounts and was instrumental in the re-creation of IP’s beta program.
Mike Preston, Project Manager ( USA )

Mike joined Retail Technologies International in 2000 as part of the Technical Support team. Bringing with him 5 years of experience in hardware / software deployment and support on varying scales and complexity. In this position Mike was responsible for providing tier 3 level support to IP Business Partners’ Retail Pro Certified Technicians on the complete suite of Retail Pro products.
In 2003 Mike moved to IP’s Project Services department as a Project Manager. In this position Mike provides consulting and support to Business Partners and their clients on different levels including standard retail practices, Networking, Hardware, Application software and Operating systems.
Todd Richardson, Project Manager ( USA )

Todd joined Retail Technologies International in 2002 as part of the Technical Support team. In this position he provided tier 3 level support to IP’s Business Partners’ Retail Pro Certified Technicians and assisted in the design, development and testing of the product. Also during this time, he implemented multiple Beta testing sites for clients worldwide for a variety of new products developed by RTI.
In 2004, Todd moved to IP’s Project Services department as a Project Manager. In this position, Todd managed the rollout of Retail Pro for Estee Lauder Korea, Estee Lauder Japan, and Estee Lauder Malaysia, as well as assisted with the implementation of Retail Pro 8 and the interface between Retail Pro 9 and Axapta for Benefit Cosmetics, and the implementation of Retail Pro 9 at Cycle Gear , Marc Jacobs and Under Armour.
Michael Rondeau, Senior Hardware Engineer ( USA )

Michael comes to us from Retail Pro’s SQA department where he has been an internal Hardware Engineer for the past three years, working side by side with Retail Pro’s Development team. Mike has been providing logical understanding and guidance, for the implementation of POS peripherals and EFT systems into the Retail Pro solution. In addition Mike brings us many years of real world experience coming from a Senior Technical position for a large POS dealership specializing in Retail, Grocery and Hospitality solutions throughout the U.S.
Evan Todd, Oracle Database Administrator ( USA )

Evan joined Retail Technologies International in 2007 as part of the Project Services team. He has 14 years of Oracle DBA experience in both the private and government sectors. Evan will be responsible for Oracle database development and troubleshooting for the new Retail Pro version 9.
Gianluca Orlando , Technical Project Manager ( EMEA )

Gianluca have been working with Retail Pro since 1998 when he became a project manager and certified Retail Pro senior consultant for CSC Italia. In this position he was in charge of the management of some worldwide retail projects for very important Italian fashion companies such as Benetton, Cerrutti, Marzotto, Marlboro Classics, Ittierre, La Perla Group.
In 2004 Gianluca joined IP’s Project Services department as a Project Manager. In this position he is providing consulting and support services to Business Partners and their VIP clients in EMEA region bringing his past experience in EDI, networking, retail practices, HW and operating systems.
Lou Handy, Project Manager ( EMEA )

Joined Retail Pro in 1996 as an application specialist providing application training on both the Financials and Sales Audit modules. Progressed to Project Manager and Retail Business Consultant. In these role he provided consultation, reviewing existing practices, comparing and adapting them to industry best practice. He also provided day to day project management on a number of national and international projects liaising at project sponsor and board level. Lou moved to the Retail Pro division in February 2006 as a project manager and has worked with existing clients and project managed the Molton Brown implementation.
