Retail Pro schedules two-weeklong training and certification classes throughout the year in the United States, Europe and Asia. The scope of training, hands-on coursework, student collaboration and continuous instructor presence earn this class high marks industry-wide.

Online Training

Training and certification can also be completed online via self-paced online courses available through the e-learning Web site, Training Central (training.retailpro.com). Supplemented by quizzes, practical exercises and video demonstrations, these online courses are perfect for busy professionals unable to attend instructor-led classroom training sessions.
