However, according to a new report from Kronos&#039; Retail Labor Index, fewer Americans are looking to get involved in the retail sector.<\/p>\n<p>The Index, which Retailing Today describes as being &quot;defined as the ratio of hires to applications within a given month, expressed as a percentage,&quot; was observed at 4.3 percent.
