Video is fast becoming a preferred channel for shoppers to share their thoughts and experiences with retailers.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.prnewswire.com\/news-releases\/expo-survey-finds-98-of-american-adults-consider-consumer-generated-product-reviews-helpful-for-holiday-shopping-184270281.html\" target=\"_blank\">Research by EXPO<\/a> has revealed that many consumers are now preferring to view videos made by customers testing out products and analyzing them.
